Norway’s Architecture Association launches a competition to revitalize the city of Åndalsnes, which is home to a train station and a network of train tracks which snake through the mountains. The latter are now remains of a long gone oil rig industry and this entry from Jägnefält Milton proposes to convert the old train tracks into a new system of mobile public and private buildings. These mobile units could also be re-purposed to meet the seasonal tourism demands.
